Stone Pointe Elementary
Elkhorn Public Schools — School #13 · 6204
Sloped columns, large overhangs, intersecting planes, inside and outside corners, and joint lines that had to run through all of it. The bold blue ACM is the identity of this school, and it sits at the one point of the building every child, parent and teacher walks through twice a day.

- Our scope
- Blue ACM at both entrances — columns, fascias, soffits and transitions — plus Morin wall panel at the rooftop walls.
On this job
Our team installed the blue ACM throughout the main and secondary entrances — columns, fascias, soffits and multiple architectural transitions — along with Morin wall panels at the rooftop wall areas of the building.
The hardest part of this project was the geometry. Sloped columns, large overhangs, intersecting planes, inside and outside corners and continuous joint lines all required precise field measurement, layout and coordination through the whole installation.
With ACM, the details make the difference. Holding consistent reveals and carrying clean joint lines through the columns, fascias, soffits and transitions was what made the architectural intent land.
The combination of the bold blue ACM, the Morin wall panels, masonry and the other exterior finishes gives Stone Pointe Elementary a distinctive, modern appearance — and it shows what we focus on: precision, craftsmanship, and the ability to execute more than one exterior system on the same building.
